“Todd made our buying process relatively easy!”

My husband and I started our house hunt the summer of 2015. When we stepped into the house that was flipped by Todd, we were so impressed with the work that had been done and the transformation he was able to achieve with an older home. Todd and his team did a great job utilizing the space in the home and making something that was more functional. Additionally the updated finishes were clean and modern. Once we did get under contract on the house, Todd made our buying process relatively easy. He was open to negotiations on reasonable items and kept to his commitments. We were able to close on the house very quickly. Even after we closed, Todd still remained in touch to answer any questions, provide contact information for his contractors, and even gave us a “tour” of old photos prior to the remodel.
